• Our story

Peers began as a career-focused recruitment initiative rooted in management consulting.

The idea originated at BCG, where founder Anastasia Yukhtmakher led recruitment across all levels—from early-career roles to partners—and worked on employer branding, MBA campaigns, and senior talent pipelines.

2016
In 2016, Peers was launched with an initial focus on consulting talent. Very quickly, client demand expanded beyond consulting into broader business functions and industries. Within the first year, the company moved into executive and senior recruitment across industrial, financial, strategic, marketing, and commercial roles.
2017
In 2017, Peers grew into a community-driven platform, actively building professional networks through offline events, business meetups, and industry gatherings.
2019
In 2019 the company added a strong technology recruitment track, focusing on senior roles at the intersection of business and tech/IT.
2021
By 2021, Peers had taken a clear international direction, expanding recruitment projects across the CIS, the Middle East, LATAM, Asia, and Europe, and building a globally distributed team.
2024
At the end of 2024, Peers joined forces with former BCG partners to launch Peers Consulting (led by ex BCG partners Felix Yukhtmakher and Alexandr Chepikov) combining strategy and operational excellence with Peers Recruitment, which today covers Executive Search, Middle+/Senior hiring, research, benchmarking, and employer branding initiatives.

At every stage, Peers has remained focused on depth, relevance, and long-term relationships supported by one of the strongest consulting and business communities in the region.
