Responsibilities:
- Analysis of strategic and financial materials: maintenance of a structured data room;
- Preparation of forecasts, scenario analysis, and strategic recommendations for decision-making by the board of directors;
- Research of markets, technological trends, and the competitive environment; technological analysis and assessment of the applicability of new technologies;
- Analysis of M&A opportunities and investment cases: evaluation of deals, partners, and potential synergies;
- Participation in communication with top management of portfolio companies.
Requirements:
- Technical education from a leading Russian or international university;
- Outstanding analytical thinking, high independence, and ability to solve complex problems in uncertain conditions without detailed instructions;
- 1-4 years of experience in VC/PE, strategic consulting, or strategic positions in technology companies;
- Proficiency in financial modeling, understanding of corporate finance and company valuation methodologies;
- Deep understanding of technology markets and ability to quickly learn new areas.
