Responsibilities:
- Lead valuation workstreams for European clients (investment funds, fund managers), ensuring high-quality delivery;
- Manage and review financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, market approach, complex instruments);
- Actively contribute to valuation judgment, assumptions and conclusions;
- Coordinate with Luxembourg managers and participate in client interactions;
- Supervise and coach analysts; ensure quality and consistency of outputs;
- Handle multiple engagements in parallel with strong prioritisation.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree from a top university in Finance / Economics / Management;
- 4–6+ years of experience in valuation or corporate finance;
- Strong experience in leading valuation assignments and reviewing work;
- Proven ability to work independently, take decisions and guide others;
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills;
- Ability to manage workload across multiple projects;
- Fluent English; French/German is a strong plus;
- CFA (or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
