Responsibilities:
- Design and lead finance infrastructure: FP&A, controlling, treasury, tax, audit
- Build robust unit economics by verticals and service lines
- Lead cost optimization and profitability projects across operations
- Own a full 3-statement model and forecasting process
- Drive automation of finance systems and decision-making dashboards
- Support audit readiness and IPO preparation (IFRS-compliant)
- Set up controlling systems and budgeting frameworks from scratch
- Implement monthly business review (MBR) processes
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles
- Strong background in FMCG or similarly complex, fast-scaling sectors
- Deep expertise in controlling, FP&A, and cost efficiency
- Certified CIMA or ACCA (mandatory)
- Experience with IFRS and investor reporting
