Responsibilities:
- Implementing projects to improve process efficiency;
- Interaction with production departments and implementation of solutions through industrial testing;
- Formation of the scientific center’s project portfolio in the field of metallurgy;
- Communication with the scientific institute within the framework of project development and coordination of actions;
- Implementation of innovative solutions at the group's production sites;
- Working at the production-science interface to achieve common goals and improve technological processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in MBB/Big4 as well as in projects for
- metallurgical companies, in particular MMCs (beneficiation, mining, ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy);
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the technologies used in the industry;
- Skills in diagnosing the current state and developing optimisation solutions.
