Responsibilities:
- Execute valuation engagements for PE/VC, corporate and financial assets for European clients (investment funds and fund managers);
- Build and review financial models, and rerform valuation analysis (DCF, market approach, option pricing, complex structures);
- Prepare clear, structured reports and client deliverables in English;
- Interact with Luxembourg team on a daily basis; participate in client discussions where required;
- Guide junior team members and review their work.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree from a top university in Finance / Economics / Management;
- 2–4 years of experience in valuation, corporate finance, or related advisory roles;
- Strong hands-on experience in financial modelling and valuation methodologies;
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables;
- Clear analytical thinking and ability to apply judgment (not only execute templates);
- Strong Excel skills; modelling depth is important;
- Fluent English; French/German is a strong plus;
- CFA (or progress towards it) is a plus.
